How to read complaints
Public complaints about betting sites are messy. Some are legitimate, some come from users who ignored terms, and some are never resolved publicly. The useful approach is not to believe every angry review. The useful approach is to look for repeated patterns across different sources.
- Payout complaints matter more when they mention the same delay repeatedly.
- Bonus disputes need the exact term that caused the issue.
- KYC loops are serious when documents are accepted and then requested again.
- Account closure complaints need separation between fraud checks and arbitrary limitation.
Complaint history should feed into review criteria, verification checks and payment method evaluation. If a site has no complaint trail at all, that can be normal for a small brand, but it also means there is less external evidence.
